Ingredients:

Beef   1/2 kg

Green chili 4 to 5

Tomato  4  chopped

Coriander  leaves chopped 2 tbsp

Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp 

Coriander powder 1/2 tbsp

Ginger Julian for garnishing

Onion  1 large

Cumin seed  crushed 1 tbsp

Chili powder  1 tbsp

Turmeric 1/2 tsp

Coriander seed  crushed 1/2 tsp

Mixture of ground spice 1 tbsp

Salt to taste

Oil  5 tbsp

Method:

  1. Heat oil in a wok add onion, ginger garlic paste saute, and brown. 
  2. Add tomato cube, coriander powder, chili powder, salt, and add mince.
  3. Cover and cook till mince half done.
  4. Now add 1 /2 cup water.
  5. Cover and cook until mince is tender.
  6. Lastly add cumin crushed, mixture ground spice, crushed, green chili, and coriander leaves. 
  7. Leave it for dum.
  8. Serve with chapati and naan.
