Ingredients:
Beef 1/2 kg
Green chili 4 to 5
Tomato 4 chopped
Coriander leaves chopped 2 tbsp
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Coriander powder 1/2 tbsp
Ginger Julian for garnishing
Onion 1 large
Cumin seed crushed 1 tbsp
Chili powder 1 tbsp
Turmeric 1/2 tsp
Coriander seed crushed 1/2 tsp
Mixture of ground spice 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Oil 5 tbsp
Method:
- Heat oil in a wok add onion, ginger garlic paste saute, and brown.
- Add tomato cube, coriander powder, chili powder, salt, and add mince.
- Cover and cook till mince half done.
- Now add 1 /2 cup water.
- Cover and cook until mince is tender.
- Lastly add cumin crushed, mixture ground spice, crushed, green chili, and coriander leaves.
- Leave it for dum.
- Serve with chapati and naan.
