Method:
Cut chicken into cube.
Put chicken in a bowl and add garlic clove chopped, white pepper, black pepper, egg sugar, corn flour, mix it, leave it half and hour.
Now heat oil in a pan deep fry marinated chicken and keep aside.
Heat oil in a pan chopped garlic init fry it, add capsicum, green onion, stir fry for two minutes.
Add fry chicken, tomato ketchup, and chicken stock, chili garlic sauce, 1/2 tsp sugar, Soya sauce, salt black pepper, white pepper, mix it cook it 3 to 4 minutes.
Now add vinegar now add corn flour in little water dissolve it.
Cook until reaches to boiling point then add corn flour as required till it turns thicken.
