Beef Nihari Recipe |

Ingredients:
Meat 1 kg
Coriander powder 1 tbsp
Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
Salt to taste
Oil 1 cup
Wheat flour 4 tbsp
Red chili powder 2 tbsp
Yogurt 125 g
Nihari spices
Green cardamom 5
Black cardamom 1
Black cumin 1 tsp
Black pepper 1 tbsp
Nutmeg 2
Star anise 2
Clove 3
Cinnamon 1 inch stick
For garnishing
Green coriander
Ginger Julian
Green chilies
Method:
- On a flat pan add black cardamom, small cardamom, black cumin, clove.
- Add star anise, nutmeg cinnamon stick to roast for 30 second.
- Then all spice in grind finally, nihari masala ready.
- Heat oil in a pan add ginger garlic paste.
- Add meat red chili powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, salt.
- Add nihari spices roast well.
- Add 1 cup water mix well cook 10 to 15 minutes.
- Add yogurt to the meat and mix well.
- Add 2 cup water.
- Cover and cook very low flame for 2 hours.
- Sieve the flour add little water make a paste in nihari mixture and stir continuously until the flour mixture is mixed well.
- now cook another 15 minutes.
- Fill nihari in serving bowl, garnish with ginger and coriander leaves green chilies.
- serve with lemon slice and naan.
