 Quick  Pineapple Dessert Recipe

Ingredient:

 Pineapple jelly 1 packet

 Cream 1 packet

 Pineapple chunks 1 cup

 Yogurt   1/2 cup

 Pineapple juice   1/2 cup

 Biscuit  10

Few drop of vanilla essence 

Method:

1. In a pan cook 1 packet pineapple jelly, cool till firm and cut into pieces.
2. Beat together 1 packet cream,
3. 1/2 cup pineapple juice and few drop of vanilla essence.
4. Now in a bowl, mix together 1 cup pineapple chunks, 1/2 cup yogurt, 10 biscuits and cream mixture freeze for 1 hour and serve chilled.
